Same-Day Certification | Approx. 2.5 Hours

Be prepared to act when it matters most. Our Heartsaver® CPR & AED course provides the essential skills needed to respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies in a safe, timely, and effective manner.

This course follows the latest guidelines from the American Heart Association and is designed for individuals with little or no medical training who require certification for employment, regulatory (such as OSHA), or personal preparedness.

Class Time: Approximately 2.5 hours (Duration may vary depending on class size.)

Upon successful completion—including a CPR and AED skills test—students receive an official Heartsaver® CPR & AED course completion card valid for two years.

What You Will Learn

After successfully completing this course, students will be able to:

  • Describe how high-quality CPR improves survival
  • Explain the concepts of the Chain of Survival
  • Recognize when someone needs CPR
  • Perform high-quality CPR for an adult alone or as part of a team (Child and infant CPR modules optional)
  • Deliver effective breaths using mouth-to-mouth or a barrier device
  • Demonstrate how to properly use an AED on an adult (Child and infant AED modules optional)
  • Identify when and how to help a choking adult or child (Infant choking module optional)
